OceanRW

Robust system for complex cleaning tasks

OceanRW is a universal spray cleaning system with an automatic lifting gate. Vertically rotating the parts carrier around the special U-shaped nozzle system ensures all-around thorough cleaning. All processing steps are carried out in one chamber.

Basic system
Cleaning system: spray cleaning with flat spray nozzles
Operating principle: rotating parts carrier with static nozzle system for all-around cleaning of components
Tank systems: separately heated single-tank or multi-tank systems with large volume for extending the useful life of media
Loading: front loading using the stationary front-end table: removable loading carriage with grate
Housing: easy-care stainless steel for perfect optics
Tank insulation: stainless steel for high energy efficiency
Control and operation: Siemens Simatic with user-friendly Siemens touch panel
Bath monitoring: Libelle Fluid Control for maximum quality of the processing water
Filter system: removable basket filter removes coarse dirt particles in the return line of the cleaning/rinsing process

    Cleaning technology

    • the turntable revolves around the vertical axis
    • all-round component cleaning through special U-shaped nozzle system
    • a separate nozzle frame for each tank reduces mixing

    • adaptation of useful dimensions, loads and pump capacities possible

    Processing steps

    The processing steps are carried out in a chamber:

    • spray washing
    • spray rinsing (for multi-tank system)
    • rinsing with demineralised water (optional)
    • circulating air drying (optional)
