For continuously clean components

YukonDA is a spray cleaning system for continuous material flow which is adapted to customer requirements. The parts pass through the successive treatment zones continuously (synchronised if required). Cleaning is carried out by guiding the parts past the fixed nozzle systems.

BvL continuous systems integrate perfectly into your production process. The nozzle systems are also customised to suit your components, ensuring thorough cleaning even in hard-to-reach places.

Basic system
Cleaning system: spray cleaning with flat spray nozzles

Tank systems: separately heated single-tank or multi-tank systems

Versions and conveyor systems

We can deliver the right conveyor system for your component, depending on size, geometry and weight:
YukonDAK: conveyor with special workpiece holders for the basket goods to be cleaned
YukonDAD: Staple link belts transport the components horizontally or vertically through the cleaning system
YukonDAH: Overhead conveyor which transports larger suspended workpieces through the system

Cleaning technology

The processing steps are conducted in successive treatment zones:
